Rachel Harrison

Rachel specialises in organisational and management development and consultancy and works internationally.
She has a proven track record in designing and facilitating change management, conflict resolution and management and leadership development interventions for a diverse range of clients in the public and private sectors.
She has a special interest in cross cultural communications and works with multinational groups across Europe , the USA and in Africa .

Background

Rachel worked for the BBC as a Senior Education Advisor. Achievements include project managing two major multi-media educational campaigns in mental health and cancer, building partnerships and creating award winning educational materials.
Prior to this she was a Senior Lecturer in Performing Arts and uses her excellent communication skills and creativity to design and facilitate programmes which are challenging, inspiring and innovative.
Rachel holds a Masters degree with distinction in education and training. She is a qualified Dramatherapist and Youth and Community Worker and an NVQ assessor.
